- 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (I use maple syrup)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 or 5 ice cubes
Pumpkin Harvest Smoothie
- ¼ cup organic pumpkin puree
- 1 frozen organic banana
- 1 organic date, pitted
- ¾ cup organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ¼ tsp organic vanilla extract
- ½ tsp organic pumpkin pie spice
- 3 ice cubes
You’ll only need a partial can of pumpkin puree for these recipes.
