Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of za’atar
- 12 inch bread or dough
- Toppings: Sliced tomatoes, fresh mint
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350-F.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and za’atar.
- Spread the zaatar evenly over the crust.
- Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the bread is starting to brown.
- Top with fresh tomato slices and mint.
