An extremely moist banana muffin made with Kodiak Power Cakes mix and Fage Greek yogurt. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners. In a large bowl, smash the bananas. Add the rest of the wet ingredients and mix. Add the dry ingredients and mix just until incorporated. Divide batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups. Bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then lower to 375°F for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean (or with a few moist crumbs attached).
