Ingredients

  • 1 pound 85% ground beef or lamb (or mix of both)
  • 1 small/medium yellow onion
  • 1 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

Add all ingredients, except meat, into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Pour into a bowl and add meat. Mix well with your hands until everything is fully combined.

Form into cylinders and thread onto a skewer, or form into patties.

Grill or pan fry them the same as you would a hamburger.
