- 3/4 – 1 cup (6 – 8 oz) any milk (if most of your fruit will be berries, use less milk)
- 1 cup frozen fruit, which includes 1/2 frozen banana (about 50g frozen banana + 80-10g other frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, peach, kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (about 55g)
- Handful of baby spinach (about 30g)
- 1 serving protein powder (my favorites are NeoCell Super Collagen & Now Sports Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate)
- 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
- Optional:
- 1 Brazil nut
- 1 date
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
