  • 1/4 cup (4 oz/114g) milk
  • 1/3 cup/45 grams frozen blueberries (or other fruit)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (50g)
  • 1/2 cup/75g Greek yogurt
  • Handful of fresh or frozen kale or spinach (about 25-30g)
  • 1 serving protein powder
