I learned how to make this at a cooking demonstration at Bruin Woods Family camp in 2018.
Cashews make a delicious, creamy milk substitute. Cashews are easier to blend than other nuts since they do not need to be strained. Soak cashews in water for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Drain the soaking water. Add 3-4 cups fresh filtered water and blend until very smooth. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.Creamy Cashew Milk
