Creamy Cashew Milk

Cashews make a delicious, creamy milk substitute. Cashews are easier to blend than other nuts since they do not need to be strained.


  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 3 cups filtered wate



Soak cashews in water for 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Add water and blend until very smooth. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
