Set oven rack to middle position. Pre-heat oven to 360-F. Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients, except blueberries, all-purpose flour, and whole wheat pastry flour. Fold in blueberries, all-purpose flour, and whole wheat pastry flour until just combined. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 43-50 minutes (22-25 minutes for muffins) or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs attached. If using a thermometer, the center of the loaf should reach 200-205 when done. Set the loaf pan on a cooling rack and cool for 10 minutes.
