No Cook Pizza Sauce
A quick, fresh pizza sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 (28-oz) can whole peeled tomatoes, drained (I like Muir Glen & S&M brands)
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 anchovy fillets, rinsed and patted dry (I use 1/2 tsp anchovy paste)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (I prefer 1/2 tsp)
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

Drain the tomatoes well and place in a food processor. Add all ingredients and mix until combined.
