- 1 cup vanilla-flavored unsweetened almond milk or regular flavored soy milk
- 1 cup plain low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, sliced almonds (toasted), for serving
- In a medium bowl, whisk almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla until blended.
- Whisk in the chia seeds. Cover and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
