Avocado Cilantro Lime Sauce

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup low-fat sour-cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice 
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil (I skip this)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • Water, to desired consistency
  • Small batch:
    • 30 g light sour cream
    • 75 grams avocado
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • Place all the ingredients In a food processor or blender.
  • Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin out with the sauce with about 1/3 cup water or until until desired consistency is reached.
  • Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
