  • 6 oz coffee or milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Small handful (about 20 g) baby spinach
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener (or maple syrup)
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/4 cup ice
