- 2 lbs baby bok choy, halved, about 6
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, for serving
- Cut bok choy in half and then clean under running water; pat dry with paper towels.
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Place as many bok choy halves , cut side down, that will fit.
- Cook until lightly browned. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining bok choy.
- Return all the bok choy to the pan, along with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a simmer, stirring bok choy until well-coated.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
