  • Filling: I mix grated cheese into whatever mixture I’m filling with

  1. Pour water, salt, and oil into a bowl. Add P.A.N. and stir well. Cover, and allow dough to absorb the water for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, knead with hand or mix very well
  2. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Divide one of the dough balls in half. Place the half dough ball on a piece parchment paper or plastic wrap and press it into a 1/4 inch thick disk (the parchment allows you to easily peel and release the disk from the paper. Place 1/4 cup of filling in the center of the disk. Create a second disk the same way as the first and place it on top of the filling. Gently press the two disks together and make sure it is sealed all around. Repeat with the other dough balls.
  4. Cook on a hot griddle or pan for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
