Pesto in Grams

This comes out perfect every time.

  • 35-45 g fresh basil leaves
  • 85 g spinach or kale (or more basil)
  • 50 g walnuts, toasted
  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 6 g garlic clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 – 8 tablespoons olive oil (depending on how rich you like it)
  • 1-3 tablespoons water (depending on how thick you like it and depends on how much oil you used.

Blend all ingredients with one tablespoon of the water. Add more water if needed.
