Instant Pancake Mix

In a ziplock bag add:

• 2 cups flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon bakins soda

When ready to make, mix in:

• 2 cups milk
• 2 eggs
• 3 tablespoons butter (or oil)

Pour the contents of the ziplock bag into a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until just combined.
