- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat butter and oil together over medium heat. Add 1/4 cup batter and cook until browned. Flip and repeat.
