- 1 cup buttermilk
- 168 grams ATK gluten free all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 large egg
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Mix buttermilk, water, flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and allow to sit overnight.
- In the morning add the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour 1/2 cup portions into Belgian waffle maker and cook until steam lessens.
