Overnight Gluten Free Belgian Waffles


  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 168 grams ATK gluten free all-purpose flour 
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast 
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • Mix buttermilk, water, flour, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and allow to sit overnight.
  • In the morning add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pour 1/2 cup portions into Belgian waffle maker and cook until steam lessens.
