Colleen's Baked Chicken Breast with Artichoke
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can artichoke in water, drained and chopped
- 1 small can diced green chiles
- 1/2 cup low fat sour cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375-F.

Place onto a casserole dish. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

Top each breast with the artichoke mixture.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165-F.

If desired, turn on the broiler for the last minute to brown the top.
Notes
Approximately 375 calories per chicken breast.
