Chocolate Banana Baked Oats

Makes 1 serving

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
    • Optional add-ins:
      • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
      • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
      • Nuts
      • Nut butter
      • Protein powder

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350-F.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Pour into a buttered, oven safe, bowl or dish and bake for 20 minutes or until set in the middle.
  4. Serve warm cold milk poured over the top.
