Crêpes (Buttermilk)

Adapted from World of Crepes

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  1. Melt the butter in the non-stick pan you will be using to cook the crepes. Add the melted butter and the rest of the ingredients to a blender. Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix.
  2. Melt.

For an 8-inch skillet use 1/4 cup batter.

For a 10-inch skillet use 1/3 cup batter.
