- 1 recipe pancake batter (a thicker pancake batter works best for these – hold back a little of the liquid when making the batter)
- Perfectly ripe bananas, slices into 1/2 inch disks.
- Nutella (optional)
- Clarified butter (or butter/oil mixture) for frying
Spread a little Nutella on a banana slice. Dip the banana into pancake batter. Use a fork to take it out, allowing excess batter to drop off.
- Coat a frying pan with a little butter and oil (butter for flavor, oil to prevent butter from burning).
- Cook until browned on both sides.
