- 1 Avocado
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour-cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil (I skip this)
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- Water, to desired consistency
small batch:
30 g light sour cream
75 grams avocado
2 cloves garlic
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup cilantro
- Place all the ingredients In a food processor or blender.
- Process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides a few times. Thin out with the sauce with about 1/3 cup water or until until desired consistency is reached.
- Keep in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
