	 Mash the banana with a fork.  Whisk in the eggs, oats, salt, and cinnamon until smooth.  Stir in optional add-ins. Cut a tablespoon of butter into 4 parts. Heat 1/4 of the butter onto a skillet over medium heat.  Spoon 1/4 cup batter onto pan (drop in a few chocolate chips at this point); cook for about a minute or two, until bottom is golden brown.
