- 6 large Medjool dates
- 2 1/2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
- Add all ingredients, except cacao nibs to food processor and run until we’ll incorporated.
- With damp hands, form into walnut sized balls.
- Store in refrigerator.
