Marinated Grilled Chicken Breasts

  • 2 pounds chicken
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced or use garlic press
  • Salt and pepper



Whisk all the ingredients and pour into a ziplock bag or bowl.


Mix in the chicken and let marinate a few hours.


If using chicken breasts, I find them best pounded out to about half the original thickness. I also like to cut up the chicken breast into cubes and put them on a skewer.
