I love the house made chicken sausages at Jimbo’s. My favorite one is the Chicken Basil Pine Nut. Just bake at 400-F for about 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165-F. Allow to rest 5-10 minutes. They are also great on the grill.
I usually serve them with Arugula and Apple salad or Farro Salad and either Smashed potatoes or Trader Joe’s Frozen Sweet Potato Fries, which I roast at 400-F, along with the sausages (even though the instructions say 425).
