This is a quick, easy, and delicious black bean dip. Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and jalapeño and cook for 1 minute. Place the beans in a food processor. Add the onion mixture and the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth. Spread the dip into a wide, shallow serving dish. For the topping, mix together the sour cream and lime; drizzle on top of the dip. Serve with tortilla chips. Black Bean Dip
