- 4 (6oz) salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat oven or air fryer to 400-F.
- In a small bowl, coat the salmon with oil, then add the salt and pepper.
- Mix the remaining sugar and spices and rub over the salmon.
- Add the salmon skin side down to sheet pan or air fryer basket. Cook for 10-15 minutes in the oven or 6 minutes in the air fryer. The internal temperature should reach 145-F.
