Adapted from World of Crepes
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Melt the butter in the non-stick pan you will be using to cook the crepes. Add the melted butter and the rest of the ingredients to a blender. Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix.
- Melt.
For an 8-inch skillet use 1/4 cup batter.
For a 10-inch skillet use 1/3 cup batter.
