Quick Broiled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika

Instructions

Preheat the broiler to high and place an oven rack 4 inches below the flame.

Lay the chicken thighs out flat. Sprinkle each side generously with the garlic salt and smoked paprika.

Broil chicken about 7 minutes on each side, until the thighs reach an internal temperature of between175-195 and have developed a nice crust.
