Quick Broiled Chicken Thighs

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons smoked paprika


  1. Place an oven rack 4 inches below the broiler and set to high.
  2. Lay the chicken thighs out flat on a sheet pan . Sprinkle each side generously with the garlic salt and smoked paprika.
  3. Broil chicken about 7 minutes on each side, until the thighs reach an internal temperature of 185-F.
