Ingredients

  • 2 (15 oz) cans garbanzo beans (850g), drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup (120g) Vegannaise
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) yellow mustard
  • 1/3 stalk (13g) celery, finely chopped
  • 1-2 fronds fresh dill, stem removed and chopped finely
  • 2 teaspoons (10 grams) Lemon juice
  • 2/3 teaspoon fine salt
  • 2/3 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

In a food processor, pulse chickpeas into a chunky consistency; place in bowl.

Add the rest of the ingredients, mix well.
