- 3 tablespoons (36g) dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons (45g) pure maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons (36g) avocado or olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons (3g) sea salt
- 3 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup (120g) raw sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
- Pre-heat oven to 300-F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, maple syrup, oil, and salt until well combined.
- Add oats, nuts, and coconut; mix well.
- Spread onto a baking sheet and cook for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
