Rockstar Smoothie
This is what I interpreted the recipe to be after viewing (and tasting) a demonstration.
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 frozen banana or (1/4 avocado to make low-glycemic)
- 1 date or (1 teaspoon yacon syrup to make low glycemic)
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Beaming Protein Powder
- 1 packed cup spinach
- 1 teaspoon coconut butter
- 5 cubes of Ice
- Add: blue spirulina, adaptogenic mushroom blend
Beaming Basic Smoothie
- 1 cup (8 ounces) Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) organic Coconut water
- 2 Tbsp. Beaming Raw Organic Plant Based Superfood Protein Blend w/ Greens
- 1-2 Tbsp Beaming Superfood Smoothie Mix (optional)
- 1 medjool date, pit removed

- 1 cup almond milk

- 1/8 ripe avocado
- 1/4 cup organic blueberries
- 2 cups organic spinach
- 1 medjool date (pitted)

Persimmon Smoothie
- 1/2-1 cup ice (depending on how cold and thick you want it)
- 3/4 cup almond milk

- 1 small persimmon or 3/4 of med / large

Lean and Green Smoothie
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 2–3 Tbsp Beaming Superfood Protein Powder
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup frozen banana
- 1 large handful of spinach
- 1 tsp maca
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds for garnish (Sprinkle on top after blending)
Vanilla-Matcha Protein Smoothie
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ banana
- 3 tablespoons raw cashews
- 1 tablespoon mashed avocado
- 1 large Medjool date, pitted
- 2 tablespoons Beaming Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon PANATEA® matcha powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 handful baby spinach (optional)
- ¾ cup ice
- Liquid stevia, to taste (optional)
Blend all the ingredients together except the ice and stevia until smooth. Add the ice and blend until frosty. Taste, and add adjust sweetness with stevia if desired.
Beaming Signature Smoothie

- 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric juice, or 1 teaspoon dried turmeric
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 1 serving of Immortality Alchemy® Bee Mana (optional)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
