Place almonds, sugar and a pinch of salt in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Stir until the sugar caramelizes, approximately 3 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing or use a mason jar and shake until well combined. Add candied almonds and strawberries to lettuce and toss with about half of the salad dressing. Add more as desired.Mixed Greens with Strawberries & Candied Almonds
