Queso Cheese Sauce


  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch per pound of cheese
  • 5 ounces evaporated milk, more to thin out.

  1. Heat the milk over medium heat until simmering.
  2. Coat the cheese in cornstarch and then add it to the milk.
  3. Add more milk, as needed, to reach desired consistency.
