Sharon's Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 1 (14oz) package sweetened shredded coconut (do not sub with unsweetened)
  • 1 (14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350.

In a medium bowl, combine the flour and coconut until well combined.

Open the can of sweetened condensed milk and mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk and the rest of the ingredients into the bowl with the coconut and mix until well combined.

Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls.

Place on a baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes or until golden.
